These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoneyLine store and website, including all content, features, products, and services offered (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Products and Orders

Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Slight variations in print color, placement, and sizing are normal for made-to-order products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment must be received before an order is produced and shipped.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and handling of damaged or defective items are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Both policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by MoneyLine or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with the operation of the Services, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MoneyLine harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
