This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from MoneyLine. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products are printed and produced on demand once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order details, including size, color, and design, carefully before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (for example, a misprint or the wrong product), you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the following:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, including the printed design and any packaging.
Once we receive and review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method. You will not be asked to ship the defective item back unless we specifically request it.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. The original shipping cost is refunded only when the entire order is being returned because of our error or a defect.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, we can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once an item is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items that are not defective and were produced as ordered.
- Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
- Issues caused by improper care, washing, or use after delivery.
